Horrible customer care

So I had brought an unlimited daily data bundle and deactivate it because it was slow then I went and brought a 2gig weekly data on the same day. From there on my phone refused to connect to the internet. I called the call Centre more than 5 times and I got no help. Instead I got shouted at by Mandisa on the forth call who wouldn't listen to me telling her what's wrong instead wamted to push whatever narrative she thought was wrong then when I called for the 5th time I got connected to Nkateko who said nothing, I had to come up to my own conclusion. I left messages on the Mtn Facebook page and I haven't gotten a reply yet. I am tired now Mtn tired.. here is the number in question ********** 758
