Horrible consultants Including thier TEAM LEADERS!!!

I need this matter escalated to th CEO ESCALATATION.

I have been treated unfairly by MTN CONSULTANTS. Thato Mosengi *Team leader I have been waiting for to call me back*..Precious Seakatsie who hung up on me, Zimasa Maobane gave an attitude without giving me a chance to explain.

I had a device contract for 3 months and after 24 months which was tis year I decide to terminate my contract.

On the 14th of December I requested a quote to settle my contract.

I was then provided by Nombulelo Mxhonywa a quote of 9135.34 to settle my account with no additional amounts to that.

On the 15th of December I went to MTN STORE to have that amount paid.

On the same day my account got suspended I couldn't make outgoing calls, I had to at my own time call MTN TO ask why, I was advised it was an error and it will be rectified.

My account got working again after I made the call. On the 17th I called MTN to ask if proof of payment was received and is my account now settle, I was advised by Sibusiso that my account was paid however it was upgraded to another product which he refused to disclose to me as to which product I was upgraded to without my concerned.

He promised to get back to me next day or ask Nombulelo to explain to me as to what was happening to my account and none of that happened.
