HORRIBLE COMPANY.

The contract was upgraded I was advised on the following information by the sales agent Viwe. -I have a 7 days cooling-off period should I want to return the phone -I was advised of the size of the phone (which turns out not to be the correct size) -I called within the cooling-off period to cancel the contract, and I was advised -Return the phone to the store (I advised I work from home I have no way of getting to a store) -They threatened me with a clawback fee which I advised would apply cause I called within the cooling-off period -I was advised to call the courier company myself to arrange a collection as they don't do that, I asked why am I making the arrangements as I have no contract with the courier company the agent Zandile advised there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied that -Zandile advised if the courier company came Monday I will not be charged -The courier company has not called me -I sent tweets and was advised it is escalated and still no callback -I got a call Tuesday for a collection and was advised they will send it to Cpt and still nothing -The phone has been sitting in the box -I called in the cooling-off period, I don't want THIS phone -All my efforts are not met, I regreet upgrading this contract. No manager or follow-up has been done. -I know cooling off period and how it works, I work for telecom -JUST COLLECT THIS PHONE
