Horrible company

Been with mtn for any years. Recently been hacked on my account and as per mtn request went to police station and got all the required documents mtn asked for. I was assured that it will be sorted out and that I don't need to worry. Even after all the driving around and time I spent getting the info they still charge almost R10000 on my account. I have always had a top up contract with them and not once charged anything on my account in 15+ years. Their service is absolutely horrible and they do not communicate with the customer. The Fleurdal branch in Bloemfontein has THE worst service I have ever experienced and was told multipletimes they cant do anything for me and it is what it is. I went to the branch in Langenhoven Park with all the documents and was told that my account has been zero'ed and they will be in contact with me via email. I did not get any further info from them. No matter how I tried to stop this ********** transaction this still happened. I will be cancelling my contract with them and I will be informing everyone I meet, know and talk to, to never consider doing business with this company. There is no security for their customers and no assistance when you ask for help. Do not use anything mtn related you will regret working with this company.
