Horrible claims process and service with Mtn, Admyn Tech and @Santam Ltd

The claims process for your cellphone is an absolute NIGHTMARE with MTN insurance, Admyn Tech Services and @Santam!! I logged a claim a week ago and still no one has assisted me. Mtn claims that you can log a claim and keep track if it on their Mtn App amd website, but the app doesn't even work. I have to constantly be the one calling to follow up but the claims consultants are very rude and impatient as if they doing you a favor. I've sent all required documents paid the excess fee and yet still no progress in my claim. They sent communication that my cellphone phone was going to be collected but no one had collected it ever since despite me constantly calling and sending countless of emails. I'm very disappointed with the client service and even a 1 rating is still too much. I'm definitely going to be changing my cellphone insurance. One pays so much for cellphone insurance at Mtn for such ****ty service.
