Horrible Call centre agents

I wish i can share also the calls i made with mtn, i have never dealt with such agents, and this is my third complaint im trying to get them to reactivate my contract, my calls are being cut, they keep transferring me from one agent to another.. theres no way i can make over 30 calls and not being helped and to anyone who wants to take contract from MTN do not.. its the worst experience
