Horrible BOZAA support

BOZZA airtime problems :-(

Ran out of air time during call. Loaded R100 air time with my banking app. Received confirmation sms from both Bank and MTN confirm my purchase. 5 minutes into my call, i ran out of airtime again. 7hours and 4 call centre agents later Im still being told to wait an hour.

This has really been a frustrating experience given that I cant use my phone and I don't have an alternative BOZZA number to use :-(
