HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!
I had a horrible experience at MTN Store in Karaglen, MY ACCOUNT IS DUE FOR AN UPGRADE SO I called to check if they had stock of Iphone 7 BUT THE LADY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT A CALL CENTER AND SHE HAS GOT A CUSTOMER TO ATTEND TO, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! SO BASICALLY I AM NOT A CUSTOMER ACCORDING TO HER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MTN BEFORE BUT THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE DOWNGRADES MTN AS A BRAND.
