Horrible and Pathetic Service!!!!

Horrible and Pathetic Service!! I've been struggling since February 2022 to cancel my contract. After several phonecalls about the same matter no one could assist me and tell me that there's a ticket that is still open I must phone back in 3-5 working days and when I phoned still no assistance. Same story everytime, they just can't cancel my contract and I still receive data and minutes every month and still accountable for the amount of the data and minutes which I informed I don't want. I'm won't recommend anyone to take a contract with Mtn!! When it comes to cancelation of your contract there's always issues
