Horrible

Horrible service. Received a Sales call, my contract is in my husbands name. I inform them that husband is working over seas. 2 seconds later receive an SMS that my plan has been UPGRADED, i phone the callcentre to lodge a formal complaint and they inform me that they CANNOT assist in opening anything WITHOUT soeaking to the account holder. I enquired as to how the account could then have been UPGRADED without same account holder's consent and received only silence. Enquired whether i would be able to get assistance at a branch with a valid power of attorney, consultant and again received only silence. Will not be renewing, and will never recommend or use them again.
