HORRFIC SERVICE

I cannot understand how one company like MTN can be so utterly useless. Ordered a phone by upgrading my contract by calling the upgrade direct number. Phone arrives and it does not work. Call MTN again to complain the phone does not work. I get told to take the phone back to any MTN store to arrange for them to send the phone back. I go to MTN clearwater only to get told they do not handle returns the only shop that can help me is westgate. So i had to drive all the way to westgate where they assisted me and gave me a WO number. They said I must call the *** number on Monday to arrange for a new phone. Well its Monday. I have now spent an hour on the phone with MTN been passed off like a flippen idiot, Everytime i call no its not our department phone this number again and again. I was now given 4 mtn numbers to call and still nobody can help me. And now so I sit without a phone and not even an MTN store can help me. SO WHO CAN HELP ME NOW MTN!!!!!!!! I WANT A NEW PHONE THAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
