********** shocking customer service - more like a lack of service at the expense of the customer

What ********** service from mtn. Mtn recently changed software & I can no longer use my device to access the data. I went into an mtn store & they were unable to assist me to access the data. I’ve paid for 2 months only & didn’t use the data. If the guys aren’t willing to assist with the setup then I would rather cancel. I spoke to 5 different people & I was on the call for a total of 1hour & 8 minutes. I cannot escalate the issue as no manager takes a call. What absolute non sense is that. I will lot be paying for another month of no data access & I will not be paying for a cancellation fee just to cancel this contract. Mtn is a *******.
