********** service, *********ly and *******ly retaining customers by not allowing cancellations!

MTN makes it's near impossible to cancel your contract or convert to prepaid! Staff in store advises that they cannot assist or do not have access. The call centre does not answer, the only time they answer is for possible upgrade. They are happy to take your money with no customer service! After 20years with MTN, I'm officially making a move to Vodacom. Save yourself the trouble of ever using this uselessservice provider!
