********** service, inability to do sim swap, lies told by mtn

Good day, I'd like to say by far mtn is absolutely disgusting, this is by far the most disgusting thing I've gone through, I went to the Glen durimg the weekend to do a sim swap and I was denied this service, I called the center and spoke to more than 10 agents who kept saying its pending, I stayed up all the way until 1 am and the sim swap is still not done, I work for a FSP that deals with client servicing I know this is now the service clients are supposed to get, I expressed the urgency of this, the people who work at he mtn store at the Glen were all rude to me and I wanted to do the most simple thing, a sim swap they all kept pushing me away saying do it over the phone, I spoke to a lady who promised it would be done and still nothing, I am displeased and honestly would rather kill myself than to go through this again, as I mentioned I work for an fsp, I need my old number to be loaded because I need it to get on to the authenticator app, so I can log in and work, I NEED THIS NUMBER FOR WORK, DOES NO ONE UNDERSTAND, I CANNOT WORK AT ALL, I AM STUCK CANNOT WORK BECAUSE OF A ****** CELLKPHONE NUMBER, WHAT A JOKE. i cannot no longer work now because of the lies I was told by MTN, I am sick of this honestly and I'm so angry I can't if even think straight, I hate this service and this network you guys have disappointed me, my whole family left mtn I feel like being a ****ing idiot for staying, all other networks are fine but mtn is *******, I even sent the complaint to ***, ***, ***, *** but these messages were blocked, I hate how easy they're willing to do this for ********** but not the owners, please note the service is not 1 star, it is -10 stars(absolutely poor and unprofessional) it was so horrible for a moment i swear i knew what it felt like to die and go to hell, I selected one because this is the only option the system gave me, I am beyond furious, and can no longer take no for an answer, when I called in they say the sim swap was cancelled by the user, really!!, I would cancel my sim swap!! REALLY???? just ****** useless at this point, the people who ranked yall no 1 in Africa must have been on drugs because this is not the service any in position of number 1 would do
