********** SERVICE FROM MTN INSURANCE!!!

MTN Insurance *** [#***]. MTN Insurance repaired my damaged smartphone screen in December 2014 and I have been trying to get it back for 2 months now. I arranged for them to deliver it to my mother but the MTN courier went to the delivery address on 28/01/15 and asked people outside the house for Candice Bosman instead of Delhia Bosman like they were supposed to. When advised that Candice Bosman lives in Cape Town, they just left without even knocking on the door as my mother was inside the house waiting for delivery of the cell phone. They didn't even bother calling her as promised by MTN.<br> <br> I have been trying to call MTN Insurance for weeks now ***) but the line just cuts after holding for over 30 min. I have sent numerous emails (at least 10 emails) to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and they haven't responded to a single one of my emails and I have been waiting for my repaired phone for weeks now. <br> <br> I am highly frustrated as I simply do not have the time to hunt down MTN for 2 months for something as simple as repairing the screen of my phone. <br> <br> PLEASE HELP. I NEED MY CELLPHONE BACK URGENTLY!!!
