********** SERVICE AT MTN.

I upgraded my phone @ Maponya mall mtn on the 4th of April, and was told that the promotional data would be loaded the very next day at 12pm.To my surprise at 4pm when I called in to check i was told by the consultants that I needed to wait another 2-8 working days. i asked to then speak to the manager as this is not what I was promised at the store. I then spoke to Mervin Pillay who is the supposed manager at the call centre, he told me no the consultants were mistaken and it should take 24-72 hours.I then called back on the 8th of april and was told they have no idea why the data was still not added and that they would escalate....after 8 attempts of calling the call centre they either hang up on you or youll wait blue in the face to speak to a superior...i must say the service is by far most ********** service on this planet. I still await assistance as i was told that a Sydney Magena would call me after 4.....
