I have been trying to cancel my contract without help. I called and I have been transferred from one department to another. No one who is assisting, I also submitted the complains earlier about their failure of protecting customers information but still today they haven't got back to me. such service is horrible am taking further steps to report the conduct to Information regulator maybe that will knock some sense after penalties incurred.
