I contacted Mtn to sort out my contract that lapsed in 2016. Got a email from Krishnaveni Kanniah last week. I rep**** with outstanding info. Have not heard back since then even after sending her a couple of follow up emails. What is happening Mtn you become to big to deal with small issues. Please assist. Regards
