********** Process - ********** Service

MTN was taking my data to 0MB in the space of 5 minutes.

I have had 500MB of data loaded 3 times!!!!! And it goes to 0MB in 5 Minutes everytime. Every application has been turned off in mobile data and my updates are as per request only.

I had to call MTN 15 times to try resolve this!

Do you want to know their solution? It reflects some usage in those 5 minutes (obviously not the full 500 MB each time as that is humanly impossible) so they will wait till your invoice on 13 NOVEMBER & then maybe do an inquiry.

So for a full week I was unable to do my job because I rely on my data & MTN was doing nothing .

Further to this every single person I called those 15 times had another excuse, another promise to call me back & every single person failed to call me back & resolve the problem (bar one).

I reported this to Customer Service - it has been two weeks - they have yet to call or email me.

Found out that MTN is linked to spam accounts - they are on their system & they wont tell me why - I have researched & everyone finds this link & MTN is very secretive about it.

Such an ********* and useless company!

They won't pay me back, apologise or help!

Hello amzann,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

We can confirm that the data depletion was investigated and found to be valid. However in order to get the matter resolved, we've taken a decision to credit you with R315.00 incl. VAT as a non-refundable credit to your MTN account. The credit will reflect on the account within 24/48 hours.

Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards
Tim
