The absolute worse service. My claim was approved weeks ago and consultant after consultant has been passing me along and the excuse that I get every time I call to see what the progress of my claim is, is “we are waiting for the list of available stock.” I have called almost daily and no one can give me a definitive answer about what is happening. I spoke to 3 different consultants who all said that my phone had been ordered. Then spoke to someone else who told me that their was no stock as it was an old model. I was given options to choose from and chose a phone of a lesser value than the insured, ordered it, and have followed up multiple times and now they say that they are waiting for the list of available stock again!! It was already “ordered” apparently, yet I’m still waiting to hear what I can choose from as a replacement?! Ridiculous
