********** customer service & ******** and unauthorized debit orders!

Most ********** customer service I have ever encountered! I am a very patient person and usually don't name and shame, but after 3 months of being told that my contract would be cancelled (due to an incorrect device being delivered to me, which I returned within the cooling-off period), and I would be reimbursed for an ******** and unauthorized debit order in January 2023, I am STILL WAITING to be reimbursed and the debit order on my account has still not been finalized. A debit order is still active 3 months AFTER CANCELLATION REQUEST! 25+ phone calls and 15+ emails later and all I get told every time is that I should give 48 - 72 hours for finalization. Think VERY CAREFULLY before doing business with them.
