Hi MTN

I visited the MTN Store at Meadowdale Mall today and was treated very rudely and abruptly by a lady employee whose name I didn't manage to get.

However, I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and service as I took out a contract online and called the activation department to activate the simcard which I did. Inserted the simcard it says to Rica the simcard in store, went to Meadowdale to Rica the lady rudely tells me it has been done.

I feel like cancelling this contact because if the service is this bad before even using MTN I can just imagine that it will only get worse.

Send your staff for customer service training please, they are not user friendly at all.
