********** company to deal with!

I personally would never ever have a contract with this company. Problem is I have been trying to transfer my deceased husband's contract into my name - since August 2021. I am only trying to do this as my children have cell numbers attached and a portable wifi which is necessary when there is no power. The fact that one has to visit a branch numerous times with copius amounts of paperwork. Email back and forth, telephone calls to that specific branch because apparently none of this can be done online. Still no resolve and now being debited on two bank account. Seriously tried every media platform including this but I see they never respond to any hellopeter reviews people!
