Hopeless customer service

<p>I app**** at mtn for a contract when they had a special of 50gb every month which comes with a phone about 3 months ago.since then i only received the phone but havent recieved any data or minutes.its been the third month and they have been taking money from my account without giving me my data or minutes.I spoke and phoned them bout 100 times and still no progress.please see that you can help.
