Hopeless

How unfortunate that my rural home area is covered by this network. I'm trying to get fixed lte from them. This is by far the worst interaction/customer service I could've imagine someone could get. I'm surprised they haven't been sued already. I've paid for the service already, but no delivery of the router in more than 3 weeks now. Their DSV is s*it of a service. I hope other networks reach up to this coverage thing.
