What I mission to get an contract cancelled.Called MTN customer cancellation number numerous times to get wrong information.cancelled my contract 30 days prior to the date.I was told if I cancel early I would have to pay an cancellation fee.the staff there don’t know what they are talking about.just received the invoice to find out I must pay cancellation device charge ?if I have had this device for 24 months….

24 Nov 2022, 11:02MTN don’t respond with there *** service.the call centre is use less….been with them since 2012….they call you quick for an update,then you say no…then they put the phone down in your ear….
