Which you have not.<br />In addition, I HAVE PAID AND SET OUT IN WRITING THE AGREEMENT<br />You also ignore your own SLA turnaround times.<br />I expect a PROMPT RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL, before the end of today, alternately, I shall be left with no choice but to write to your superiors.</p>
