Home Wifi not working

I have a problem with my home wifi. We have been without internet since last week Tuesday 14 May 2024. My kids are struggling to do their homework because we are relying on this wifi. My elder daughter even missed her Unisa assignment. I am paying R422 15th of every month. Yet the wifi is not working. I have been to MTN outlets in wonderpark mall several times and I was told there's nothing they can do and I am not the only one. I understand a certain lady was given 10GB on her cellphone. What about us who are using vodacom? I am very upset. I want a refund for this month
