Home wifi not working

We've been visiting the MTN branch for months now trying to cancel our home wifi contracts with no success. The wifi worked for a few months then suddenly stopped working and they still debit our account. We need this to be resolved ASAP we cannot keep paying for service we are not receiving. Online consults fail to assist us as well.
