Home wifi

I have a bad experience with MTN since last year September 2022 they give me wrong home wifi for my place,and i went to all mtn shop in rustenburg they didn't help me for passed 3months i hot hold of mondo company they managed to help me with the cancelation of the wifi and they took it back to the mtn,and the mtn have to give me back the money i have been paying for something that is wrong and that is not working but no they take my money even now ,they suspended my phones and i spoke to them about that to fix it.i am so done with mtn because they dont take responsibility for their problems .i am so pain that i have to pay for something that i dont have and will I'm paying well my phones and i work so hard for this money just to give it away for a big company that makes millions a day.my experience with mtn company is so poor and i not the first time i complain about this WiFi things .
