I have had issues with my home internet, you get stuck behind a call centre that tells you to reset your router even when you tell them the issue is on the tower, They make it impossible to log a ticket. You get told the turnaround time is 7 - 14 days. DAYS!!!! I have a child doing home schooling. They do not give ticket numbers, so you can never follow up on your query, You ask to speak to a manager, they never phone back. but when it comes to debit orders, they make sure to bill you on time. no 7-14 day turnaround then. Save yourself the headache and find another service provider.
