Home router( Month to Month contract

I took a home router contract(month -month) then changed the location, I then contacted MTN to help me change the location for my home router as it was no working at the new location. The home router only connected for 1 day and stopped working. I then contacted Mtn regarding the issue and told that I dont have coverage at my new location and when I tell them I want to cancel as I won't be paying for something that I'm not using they give me excuses and still debit money from my account.

MTN has poor service.
