Home router ****!!!

MTN home wifi is a ****!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT. August mid month i ordered a month-to-month contract from MTN and i paid for it online. Delivery was support to be atleast 4 working days but DSV called and gave a date thats a week late. I let that slide, now on the date they gave (26 Aug) they then told me they will only deliver on the 5 September because they dont have drivers. At that point i just wrote an email requesting a cancelation as that was just an inconvenience for me. So to my surprise today when i contacted MTN they telling me theres no contract under my name. They basically stole that R622 amount i paid with pro-rata im honestly defeated and dont know what to do anymore. I just want my fulm refund. I HATE MTN.
