I would like to complain about MTN customer service.i had a problem with my Home rooter and I wasn’t assisted at all .none of the call agents were able to assist me nor come out with the solution to my problem I am honestly not happy and felt otherwise because I’ve been using this rooter for close to two years now I never had a problem before.i went to two different MTN stores none of them were able to help me .i even went on to call service agents still I wasn’t helped. I honestly feel like I wasn’t taken seriously even though I tried telling them what was going on.one of the agent I was in a call with told me straight up that their system don’t pick up certain things which raised few concerns about my MTN Contract I’m not sure if my information is safe with them or not
