Home of internet Wifi disconnects

I have been struggling with your network home internet. The wifi always disconnects and say no internet. I always have to call to resolve the issue, it'll take more than 15min to get an agent or assistance. They tell me that I have moved whiles I've been at the same place I purchased the home internet package. Mtn am currently on hold its going to 8min now no assistance. Sort out the issue
