Home internet router order never received

If I would rate MTN online services, I would give them a zero. I put in a sale on the 14 Nov for a home internet router and made a payment. We were told that it would take 1 - 3 days to deliver. The courier company(DSV) stated that the order will arrive on the the 20 Nov which was a lie, I just called right now and they said it has been canceled by MTN. I am being passed everywhere and there is no communication from MTN, meanwhile they have our money!!! What a joke of a service provider. Even before the service. Bad bad 👎
