Home internet is pathetic

Absolutely terrible service. Every month around the 25th I have no coverage. I have to call in multiple times and jump through hoops just to speak to a consultant who then needs 500 security questions answered before proceeding because the damn OTP doesn't come on time. When the call cuts they don't even bother to call back. Again jumping through hoops just to speak to a person. Horrible experience with home internet. Please modernize your service
