Home internet

To apply for home internet with MTN is a nightmare, the agents have 0% customer service, I've sent a request to be called back and yes I received the call and got disconnected while busy with the application and no one bothered to call me back and continue with the application. And there is no direct number to call for home internet, for a person who's trying to be an MTN customer for the first time. I must say the experience was nonsense.
