I had a ***** case that took place at Rosebank Mall and the Store Manager Erin Joubert send me an email where I could report the ***** to. I did send an Affidavit to the email he gave me MTNSP******** and that was on the 17th of August 2023 and still no progress the person who will investigate the ***** is Calvin Maseko. I did send email on email but did not get any response from them. I did receive my statement on the 14th of Sept 2023 and the Cell Number is on my account I want to know what must I do that MTN can solve the problem with this ***** case.
