Hisense phone brand issue

I once reported an issue regarding my mother's cell phone that was taken foetepairs at mtn maponya mall owe to. Up to this day she has not received her phone. When she went there on Monday she was told you make a follow up with the repair company. What a nerve. This is one of the reasons why we prefer to go to uptown malls for proper professional customer service. The majority of shop at mappnya mall take customers for granted especially men. She has been without. Phone for more than a month. Instead or fixing the problem, they become ****y and disrespectful. Of it was a white person I bet that person would have been given another phone. I this is really annoying and I want my to sort this issue by the end of business day. I want men to give my mother a new phone hence the one she took for repairs has stories it is a new phone and Hisense knows their brand is faulty. It takes money for a pansioner to go up and down to maponya mall for something that she is paying for monthly but never gets to use is. I want men to provide her with all the data and men she was supposed to have. Mtn staff sucks in business
