Higly frustrated with MTN.

I took out a contract on black Friday last year with MTN at the liberty midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg.

The contract inception date is the 27th November 2017.

They promised me a Samsung 32 " TV and and a cruise voucher.

I received my cruise voucher promptly and up to date have still not received my TV. The date is now the 2nd June 2018

I'v been to the store over ten times and eveytime I go there, they promise to arrange it, but they don't.

Everytime I go there, they promise to call me the next day, but they don't.

I am now highly frustrated and don't know who to speak to because all I get is false promises.

Good Day I spoke to Adelite, however she's from the Newcastle store and I took out the contract in Pietermaritzburg. She therefore couldn't help. I phoned world net logistics and spoke to 3 different people, who all don't have a clue what I'm talking about. I did send a email to Samsung rewards and I'm still awaiting a reply.
