Highly Irritated
<p>I have been trying to cancel my mtn insurance since before end march..I went in mtn store tygervalley and consultant confirmed she can cancel insurance online and I left it at that but then I notice end april I was still being billed for insurance so I went to mtn sanlam and consultant confirmed insurance has never been cancelled. I then email a cancellation form to mtn as per the details on the form and received a read receipt. It is now 1 June 2016 and when I phoned mtn the voice prompt confirmed that still no form was received. I also faxed the cancellation form on 30 May 2016 and phone mtn and still they confirm on 1 June 2016 that no cancellation form has been received.I know mtn is running a micky mouse operation but this is ridiculous as I am the one loosing out on mtn due to mtn incompetence. I think I should be refunded as I have cancelled a while ago. I want to be refund i just want to cancel my contract once it is done so i dont have to deal with mtn ever again.</p>
