HIGHLY IRATE/FUMING CUSTOMER

It is with utmost disgust that I have to report this problem on Hello Peter, because the consultant so ever kindly put down the phone on us. We were not even given a name, she could in fact make a lemon cry. The disinterest in our very important problem was clearly nothing to her. After spending 30 minutes of holding the line for this *********** consultant, we still sit with the same problem. Why are these people hired if they can't do a simple job of being respectful to their clients. Now for the real problem, we do not read through bank statements daily as we have busy lives. Apparently, we owe MTN over R1500, however, after taking a look through our statements, MTN has not even tried to debit the money. So what actually is going on? We have had service this whole time, up til now, so nobody knew that these debits were not going off. Now we are expected to pay an outstanding balance, not because of our fault, but because of MTN. I will not pay this amount, I will rather cancel this contract than have to deal with fools called consultants again. Why has MTN not been deducting the amount on the debit order date? It is not my problem, please fix this asap! Thanks

Hello KBoic30,

Thank you for your post.

Please kindly be advised that the account has been in arrears due to debit orders been returned by bank on two occasions .

Our system changed the account to cash due to debit orders being returned. We sent sms notifications on the 12/03/2015 and again on 19/03/2015 relating to arrears of which no response was received while your line was active.

We've sent an email through to your gmail account with more details on this.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Sivuyile
