Highly DISGUSTED Customer

I opened another MTN contract for a router & I was completely misinformed concerning a limit on the 3gig router. I was not informed about how much the prorata gig was. I was given 2.5 gigs which I only found out about AFTER I had received a bill of R900 !!! I do not understand how 2.5 gigs can be used up when my retired mother & myself just go on Facebook & Whatsapp!!! I asked the consultant to print out a statement of all the websites we'd been on to JUSTIFY the R900 & he couldn't do that. I think this isn't right at all. WE GET STUCK with a shocking bill of R900 because of one of YOUR ILL LEARNED consultants! PLUS my phone was cut off on Christmas Day how lovely! Due to many phone calls to your customer care line I got no where until I actually resorted to going out of my way to go to the mall, stand in a queue AND STILL MTN WAS NOT HELPFULL !! Still today the 26th MTN aren't going to do ANYTHING to help but sit back & have the nerve to just hand out bills & receive money! This is NOT on! I am so upset at how MTN can be so proud of their brand when there are so many upset customers due to MTN not caring. MTN, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GET YOUR CONSULTANTS UP TO STANDARD!!
