Highly disappointed with MTN’s incompetency and ********* behavior

I’ve been with MTN for over 10 years and in 2016 I decided to cancel my contract. I then recently decided to apply for a contract and to my surprise it was cancelled. I was advised that I was handed over to the legal department which was a huge surprise for me as I always paid my contract as a debit order was scheduled. The service consultant that assisted me was just as surprised as my account reflects no outstanding balance. I take this very serious i’ve been struggling over two weeks to clear my name and to date I have not received any feedback or call from MTN . This is ********* and do not like the Boza network i’ve been with for so long..If this matter is not resolved I will take matters further. I’m so disappointed and I demand an explanation and I want steps to be taken against the person who handed me over.
