Highest level of incompetence

The service at mtn is the poorest of the poorest i have ever experienced.Mtn has handed me over to lawyers for a wifi that I have never used,because their agent **** to me and they say there is a signal on my area while there is non As I speak now they say I owe them minimum of R7000.Surely they can check from their system to see that I did not even use their 5 megabytes. NOW I AM STRUGGLING TO CLEAR MY NAME
