High Mtn monthly debit order

Hi Peter recently I have noticed that mtn debit Around R1700 from account where I was paying Around R399 a month they said coz my contract expired I didn't even know they did informed us and my contract expired on 11th of November 2025 n they debited for 12th October to 11th Nov which was the month of promotion now they dont want to refund me
