high charges on my cellphone contract that we did not agree on

I took a cellphone contract with MTN for R329. i have been paying that R329 for the 6 months of the contract as it is a top up contract. if ever my minutes and data were finished i would top it up myself. on the 7th month they started charging me R2500 a month which is not on my contract and no what we agreed on.
