High biling
I was surprised that MTN charged me R1950 for july while my account was on average R240 and they claim that i used packet data and called on my data sim for the amount of almost R1200 but they failed to provide me a list of website that i have visited and numbers that i have called and i am worried because the same thing also happened to my aunt who her average was R700 but this month she was charged R2700, So i really think that MTN is taking us for a ride or they want to recover their loss by robbing us. i am really fed up with MTN and will not advise anyone to do business with them

The system also shows that the number *** was migrated to prepaid on 2015-07-23.
