Hidden costs on home internet offering

Don't be drawn in by MTN's home internet ads. They boast about "free" this and "free" that, but there are hidden costs that are not mentioned anywhere in the ads or online. Only after you go through MTN's long-drawn-out application process, will someone contact you weeks later to reveal the hidden costs that are not mentioned anywhere until this point. MTN believe this is normal, fair and above reproach. What do consumers think? Let's vote by taking our business to the companies we believe treat us fairly.
